My boyfriend and I visited the new Aspen Creek Grill a few days after the Grand Opening, and we're already fans. We checked in online through their website, which saved us a wait in the lobby. We've visited again since, bringing out-of-town relatives, and both experiences had minor hiccups that were resolved well by the manager. During our first visit, we signed up for their rewards program and received a free soft drink. We also got a coupon for a free appetizer, which we used on our second visit. The fried pickles were good—nothing unique but definitely met the standard. A downside for me was the absence of Thousand Island dressing among their homemade options. My boyfriend had the sirloin and Pow-Wow Shrimp combo, which tasted amazing. The shrimp were crispy and hot, but his sirloin was overcooked. The staff offered to recook it, and the new steak came out perfect with fresh sides, which we appreciated. I had the meatloaf, featuring jalapeno, bacon, and an onion ring on top of a bed of mashed potatoes. It was cooked perfectly, moist and flavorful. The prices are comparable to Texas Roadhouse, but I found the quality and flavor of the food at Aspen Creek Grill to be better. However, they don't serve rolls or bread as a free appetizer. On our second visit, we both had sirloins, and all four steaks at our table were cooked correctly. We used our free appetizer coupon for a full order of Pow-Wow Shrimp. Unfortunately, they weren't as good this time—the shrimp were not very hot, and the cold sauce cooled them too much. They remade the dish, but the second batch was hot but soggy, not as good as our first visit. This inconsistency makes me hesitant to reorder them. We tried two desserts: the brownie a-la mode and the fried cheesecake. The fried cheesecake was the standout—a must-try, reminiscent of fried ice cream from Mexican restaurants, creamy on the inside with a thin, crispy coating and caramel drizzle. The waitresses we had each time were lively, apologetic, and attentive. We will definitely be revisiting in the near future, bringing more family and friends.

If you enjoy Texas Roadhouse or Bubba 33s, you will enjoy Aspen Grill. Very similar in atmosphere and food quality. Everything from the service to the food was very good and I have no complaints!

Very impressive visit. Not everything went perfectly but it was made right it got fixed right away buy or server Sean was great and an asset to Aspen. Well Done. The food was excellent and adult beverages were great. Value for the price is excellent. If you have a sweet tooth try the deep fried cheesecake you will love it.

The experience at this restaurant was wonderful! First off, we got a seat in nice timing at around 5 pm. Restaurant appears to be clean with many TVs to go around. Our waiter Hunter did an awesome job with recommendations that turned out great with fast and efficient service. The shrimp we finished every drop! Recommendation of on rice was indeed great with Pow wow shrimp. The entry of Salmon was a very great size, the taste was good, just wish they would have had the sauce on it on the side also. Sweat potato casserole was yummy no complaints and the rice again with those veggies in it hit the spot. My husband loved the salad as well. Now that deep Fried Cheesecake was simply amazing, then had that monte sauce on the side it put that dessert on 11! This is definitely one of our now favorite spots out South. The price was excellent, service and drinks were good and fast. Most definitely recommend!

We were in town for a night and this restaurant was recommended by the hotel staff when asked what is a good steakhouse! I am so glad they did because our experience was great! our server was Kimberly she was very nice from the time she came to the table. We had fried pickles for a appetizer which was very tasty and we chose to do ribeye steak for Dinner. They were cooked to perfection ad our sides we delicious as well. I had looked at reviews prior to going and saw the FRIED CHEESECAKE so I had to try it and BOY WAS I GLAD I DID! you will not be disappointed go ad try this place!!! I will Definitely be back!!!

First time eating here. Went to lunch with friend. I had the traditional club. Really good. Christian, our server was very attentive & did great job taking care of us while there. Mgr stopped by as well cking in with first time visitors & gave us a free appetizer. Only bad thing was water - horrible tasting.

Our waitress Kristen was over the top with her service. Her suggestions and knowledge on food and drinks here were impressive along with her service. The food was great too. They have good daily specials as well. Definitely try the fried cheesecake and pow wow shrimp. The wings are also just as amazing and didn't even need sauce! Our food was fresh and made perfectly except my medallions. I gave the food a 4 star for only this reason. With the price I paid you'd think they'd be perfect. The peppercorn sauce (which is my favorite everywhere) was lack luster and I'm glad I got it on the side. The medallions were served as 3 that were cooked perfectly yet only 1 was barely salted and the rest were blah. I was thankful for the salt and pepper on my table unfortunately. The rest of the food and our other steak were good though. For being a chain it has a really nice atmosphere and people including the hostesses. I'll also say the parking lot is smooshed in understandably but trying to back out is tasking.

It was our first visit and the food and service both were excellent! We will definitely be back! We ordered- Loaded potato skins Pow Wow Shrimp Side of chili Country fried steak 10oz sirloin (med rare) with elotes
